INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE AND COPYRIGHT PROTECTION STATEMENT

This document outlines the intellectual property rights associated with all artwork created and published by Novya, a creative company based in the Netherlands.

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, designs, illustrations, and associated creative content (hereafter referred to as "Works") produced and published under the name Novya are the exclusive intellectual property of Novya and its founder, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

These Works are protected under Dutch copyright law, the European Union Copyright Directive (EUCD), the Berne Convention, and applicable international copyright and intellectual property laws.

2. Copyright Declaration

All rights are reserved.
No part of the Works may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, altered, stored, transmitted, or otherwise used in any form, by any means, without prior written consent from Novya.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Use on websites, blogs, or social media

• Printing, merchandising, or selling

• Training, education, and promotional materials

• Use as reference or basis for new work (derivative works)

3. Unauthorized Use and Penalties

Unauthorized use or reproduction of any of Novya’s Work, in whole or in part, constitutes copyright infringement and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

Any party found to be in breach of these terms will be subject to:

• An immediate cease-and-desist order

• A standard industry fine

• Potential legal action for damages and recovery of legal fees

4. Licensing

Novya may, at its sole discretion, grant a license to use certain Works under written agreement only. Such licenses are non-transferable and revocable under breach of terms.

5. Moral Rights

In addition to copyright, Novya retains all moral rights as the creator of the Works, including the right to attribution and to object to derogatory treatment of the work.

6. Trademarks

Any names, logos, or symbols associated with Novya are the trademarks of the company and may not be used without explicit permission.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

8. Updates

Novya reserves the right to update or modify this statement at any time. The most current version will always be made available on the official website.
