Part of a Diptych
A Whole Lot & More are part of a larger sisterhood.
Perhaps even more will materialize in time.
Who knows?
But for now, these two stand—together and apart,
a reflection of what we carry,
and what we are becoming.

A Whole Lot & More
A whole lot.
A whole lot to carry.
A whole lot to hold, to love, to give.
A whole lot to scream about. To fight for.
Some stories go quiet, or in whispers.
Some remain invisible.
But they live in us still—in skin, in silence,
in strength, in deafening loudness.
The ability to feel is beautiful,
and perhaps a tough skill to keep, to nurture.
Or maybe it’s just easier to numb with time.
There’s A whole lot—and More.
A stretch of being that can’t be touched,
but can be felt, always present.
More than we can measure.
More than we can name.
A quiet acknowledgment of what we carry,
a soft pulse in the spaces between.
It lingers without asking, waiting to be seen,
waiting to be understood.
There is more.
More than we know.
More than we realize.
They are many. Many Mores and plenty A Whole Lots.
And I’m here for it all.
And then some.
